Efforts in the Field

The Partnership’s strategies of supporting policy change at all levels of government, promoting and supporting partnerships amongst organizations and entities in multiple fields, and increasing financial investment for equitable change is evident in the projects we initiate and participate in.

Regional Convergences: The Partnership increases and strengthens multi-field, place-based efforts focused on environmental and policy change by supporting the creation of regional convergences.

The Innovation Fund: This fund is a grant making program launched to encourage organization’s multi-field collaborative projects by targeting local and regional foundations to create sustainable local impact.

Violence Prevention-Healthy Eating, Active Living: This initiative explores the effectiveness of community-based strategies for violence prevention (VP) and the promotion of healthy eating and active living (HEAL) through multi-field partnerships.
