Community Foundation of Greater Memphis

The Community Foundation of Greater Memphis, the largest foundation in the area, is a collective of people, families, corporations, and organizations, working to strengthen their community and address its needs. The foundation will use its Innovation Fund grant to launch an initiative supporting multifield collaborative projects that utilize new approaches for achieving health and equity through policy and environmental change, specifically in underserved neighborhoods. The project is also being funded by The Assisi Foundation of Memphis, Plough Foundation, and the United Way Mid-South.
