The Health Trust

The Health Trust’s mission is to lead the Silicon Valley community in advancing wellness with an emphasis on prevention. The Innovation Fund grant will help The Health Trust establish a new initiative to support a neighborhood, place-based approach. The initiative will fund collaborative, community-driven efforts that cut across the foundation’s three priority initiatives: Healthy Living, Healthy Aging, and Healthy Communities.
